“We would say this, but Aetos Ithaki Extra virgin Olive Oil really a special oil. Every olive has been picked by hand by us (Robin and Sarah) from our grove on the Greek Island of Ithaca overlooking the Ionian Sea, early in the season and cold-pressed in an organic certified mill.

It is a healthy and flavour-packed oil, bursting with character and Ithacan bite. Oh, and our tins are made using solar energy.
